For the last 5 years DomCop has had a limit of 1 million domains per file exported – with no limits on the number of files that you can export. The reason for\u00a0keeping this number so large was because we did not want to inconvenience our customers who need to download large files.<\/p>\n

We recently found a competitor who was downloading our domains (along with all the\u00a0metrics) and importing them into his own software. It was pretty easy to download our entire database due to\u00a0our limit.<\/p>\n

Due to this – we have decided to decrease the max number of records downloaded per file to 10,000. You can continue to export an unlimited number of files.<\/p>\n

All existing customers who have been downloading much larger files will continue to\u00a0be able to download them\u00a0with a much higher limit – you simply need to email us at support@domcop.com<\/strong> and let us know your limit.<\/p>\n
