The domain table shows expired domains with high Alexa Ranks. Alexa is a subsidiary company of Seattle based Amazon.com that provides web traffic data analysis. The Alexa toolbar collects behavioural data and is the core source from where Alexa sources its traffic data.
The company provides traffic data and global and local rankings on over 30 million websites. The ranking is based on data collected over the last 3 months. Unfortunately since the sources are known, it has become really easy to manipulate Alexa rankings for any domain and you should therefore only use this data in conjunction with other metrics like Domain Authority and Trust Flow
I've tried a number of expired domain finding tools and services but the support from DomCop is second to none. It's in my top two of tools to use, and the best I've used for crawling.
