DomCop's Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://www.domcop.com and the expired-domain search service, exports, e-mail digests, crawler and related features offered there (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Axeman Technology Solutions LLP, 502 B Anisha Apartments, Yari Road, Versova, Mumbai 400061, Maharashtra, India ("DomCop", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

DomCop collects domain names that are expiring, expired, at auction or dropping from marketplaces, registrars and public drop lists, and shows them next to SEO metrics obtained from third-party providers (for example Ahrefs, Moz, Majestic, SEMrush, Estibot, Open PageRank, Keywords Everywhere and the Internet Archive). We do not sell domains and we are not a party to any purchase, bid or backorder you place elsewhere. Listings, prices, end times and metrics come from those third parties, change constantly and may be incomplete or wrong; always confirm them with the marketplace or registrar before you buy.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. You must give an accurate e-mail address and keep it current, because it is how we reach you about your subscription. You are responsible for your password and for everything done under your account; tell us at once through the contact form if you believe it has been used without your permission. We may limit the number of devices signed in to an account at the same time.

3. One person per subscription, seats for teams

A Starter or Pro subscription is for one person, the account holder. A Team subscription is registered to your company's e-mail domain and has a named seat for every person on it; seats are for addresses on that domain and each seat is one person's own sign-in. Members who subscribed before 7 October 2026 keep the earlier rule: an assistant or employee who works for them may sign in to their account on their behalf, and they remain responsible for what is done with it. Sharing an account or its exports with anyone else, selling or renting access to it (including "group buys"), or reselling or redistributing the data, is a breach of these Terms and we may close the account without refund.

4. Acceptable use of the data

You may use the Service through a web browser, at a human pace, for your own domain research. You may not use scripts, bots, crawlers or any other automated means to access the Service, and you may not systematically copy, scrape or bulk-download listings or metrics beyond the exports the Service offers. We apply daily limits on the number of rows an account can view or export, and we may throttle, challenge or suspend accounts that exceed them. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, probe our systems or interfere with other members' use of the Service.

The DomCop MCP server (the connector for AI assistants described at domcop.com/mcp) is part of the Service and these terms apply to it. It is offered for use through the hosted Claude and ChatGPT assistants only: you may not call it from scripts, other software or assistants running on your own machines, or route its answers into any tool that stores or redistributes them. Without an account it answers with a short preview; with your account it works under your plan's daily limits, and the rows it returns count toward them. The metrics in its answers come from Majestic, Moz, Ahrefs and Open PageRank under the same conditions as on the website: for your own domain research, not for republication or resale. Every call to the server is logged with the assistant it came from, your account when you are signed in, the tool and the number of rows. You can disconnect an assistant at any time from your account page.

5. Plans, billing and renewals

Paid plans are described on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed by FastSpring, our reseller and merchant of record, whose own terms apply to the payment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until it is settled.

6. Refunds and plan changes

We do not offer a free trial. If the Service is not what you expected, write to us through the contact form within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full, provided the account has been used in keeping with these Terms. Where we find abuse of the guarantee, for example taking the data through exports or sharing the account and then asking for the money back, or a breach of sections 3 or 4, no refund is due. Renewals and later periods are not refundable except where the law requires it. You can move to another plan from your account page; the new plan starts immediately; a costlier plan is charged the difference for the rest of the billing period at once, and for a cheaper plan we refund the unused part of the previous plan manually within a few days.

7. Our content and yours

The Service, its software, design and the compiled listings are ours or our licensors'. Third-party metrics remain the property of their providers and are shown to you under their terms; you may not extract them for use in another product. Saved searches, watchlists, exclude lists and crawl jobs you create stay yours; you give us the permission needed to store and process them to run the Service.

8. Third-party sites and links

The Service links to marketplaces, registrars and tools we do not control, some through affiliate links. We are not responsible for their content, availability, prices or practices.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available around the clock but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data sources, providers and features may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time; if we remove something that a plan was sold on, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the current period.

10. No warranty

The Service and all data in it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of the listings or metrics. Buying a domain is your decision and your risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DomCop and its partners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or the cost of domains bought or missed. Our total liability for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and stopping use of the Service. We may suspend or close an account, without refund, if these Terms are breached, if we are required to by law, or if the account is used in a way that harms the Service or other members. Sections 7, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by e-mail or on the site before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
