DomCop acquires metrics from several sources by paying for it because we believe that investment in great metrics leads to great domains. This ensures that our customers always have the best metrics available and spend as little time as possible on finding the right domains. Our competitors on the other hand do not have these metrics available. In addition we spend a lot of our time and resources in ensuring that we have the most exhaustive list of expired domains that you can find anywhere.

Can I try before I purchase?

Sorry, we do not have a free trial. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to new customers: after purchasing a plan, write to us within 14 days for a full refund, as long as the account was used in keeping with our terms.

What is your Refund policy?

It applies to your first purchase only, and not where we find the guarantee abused, for example data taken through exports or the account shared before the refund request. Is the additional amount charged by FastSpring, VAT/GST/Sales Tax?

Yes. FastSpring is our official reseller company and it collect taxes for customers that are located in specific countries

I already have a subscription. How do I upgrade/downgrade?

Go to Account, Billing and pick the new plan and billing period. The new plan starts immediately. When it costs more, FastSpring charges the difference for the rest of your billing period right away. When it costs less, we refund the unused part of your previous plan manually within a few days.

What modes of payment do you currently accept?

Our payments are managed by FastSpring. You can pay using your credit/debit card or with PayPal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign into your DomCop account. Click on the "My Account" link at the top right. Click the button "Cancel your subscription" and this will immediately cancel your recurring subscription. You will continue to have access to the software till the last date of your subscription.

How many people can use one account?

One. A Starter or Pro account is for one person, with their own sign-in. A team that needs more than one person takes the Team plan, where each person has a named seat on your company's e-mail domain, and seats can be added or removed at any time. Accounts shared between several people are closed.
